Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President to lead our Community Issuer Enabler Partnerships team, under the North American Enablers, Merchants and Fintechs (EMF) organization. This executive role is pivotal in driving and managing partnerships with community enablers, including but not limited to our Group Service Provider partnerships, enhancing Visa's value proposition, and expanding our footprint in market by enabling Visa's products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, specifically in the Community Bank and Credit Union industry, exceptional leadership capabilities, attracting and developing top business development talent, and a proven track record of developing and nurturing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: * Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for community issuer enabler partnerships that aligns with Visa's overall business objectives. * Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Partnership Development: * Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with community issuers and enablers, focusing on mutual growth and value creation. * Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology partners, and industry influencers to enhance Visa's market position. Market Expansion: * Drive initiatives to expand Visa's presence in emerging and underserved markets, leveraging partnerships to accelerate growth and adoption of Visa's products and services. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and tailor Visa's offerings to meet the unique needs of community issuers. Performance Management: * Establish clear performance metrics and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with Visa's strategic goals. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes. Thought Leadership: * Represent Visa at industry conferences, forums, and events, positioning the company as a leader in community issuer partnerships. * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 236,300.00 to 369,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
