Role Overview

As a Lease Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing team(s) providing a full scope of Lease Administration services for client(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Executive Relationship manager and point of client escalations

  • Communicate with JLL Executive Leadership on important issues and on-going performance

  • Assume responsibility for client satisfaction regarding lease administration analysts' performance

  • Oversee performance, career development and deliverables through the supervision of multiple team members

  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of client reporting

  • Ensure account teams comply with internal controls and compliance steps, with immediate remediation of errors and implementation of performance plans as necessary

  • Document and share best practices while participating in efforts to document and strengthen internal controls and improve data quality

  • Participate in client presentations

  • Support, provide exposure to, and lead other special projects as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of work experience in Lease Administration, advanced knowledge of Real Estate Accounting practices or Property Management (minimum 5 years in Lease Administration or closely related field)

  • 5 years previous experience in a supervisory role, operating at a strategic level with both internal and external teams

  • Strong financial/analytical skills

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to spot issues proactively and initiate solutions

Technical Skills

  • Dynamic and technologically savvy with ability to utilize software to support planning solutions

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)

  • Ability to consolidate data and master company-specific account and database programs

  • Keen ability to interpret complex commercial lease language

  • Detail-oriented with ability to process work quickly and accurately under pressure or time-sensitive deadlines

  • Adaptable to changing priorities

  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

Estimated total compensation for this position:

83,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
