Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a Business Line Manager to lead and expand our Environment & Facility Services business line presence in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Office and Regional Managers and Marketing to represent the firm at client, professional, and industry events. Drive business development in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire, focusing on both public and private sector clients. Build and cultivate client relationships to secure ongoing and future large-scale project opportunities. Partner with Marketing to strengthen brand presence in target regions. Participate in Trilon Environmental Collaboration Topics Group to enhance service offerings across the network. Develop and execute strategies to boost Fuss & O'Neill brand awareness. Offer technical leadership on complex projects and support project managers. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or a related discipline). 15+ years of experience in the environmental field. Proven experience managing client relationships with Utility, Municipal, and Private Sector clients. Prior success in business development and strategic growth, especially in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Professional licensure such as PE, LSP, or PG. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and large consulting organizations. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
