Job Tittle: Manager-CSI (Service Management) LOCATION: Hartford, CT * Should have minimum 10+ years of Exp in Service Management & Project Management * Good in Tracking SLA & KPI * Should have atleast 7+ years of exp in Customer facing roles in past * Must have Good exposure on ITSM tool & process * Capable to handle the large Teams * Excellent in communication skill * Should be able to drive the large project and work with multiple team * Should have good knowledge on Problem & Change management * Preferred to have certification in any Project Management & Mainframe technology. Required skills: ITSM, Project Management, Team Management, CMDB. Applications will be accepted until 6/18/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
