Job Summary: The Vice President, Investor Relations creates a dynamic strategy to effectively communicate a clear and powerful message to the investment community on behalf of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings. This role is is responsible for managing and building the company's relationship with investors, analysts, and the broader investment community and presenting, to senior leadership, the opinions of the investment community regarding CCOH's performance, industry trends, and actions that may affect the company's share price, in effect being the voice of the investor internally.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the investment community, including institutional investors, sell-side analysts with the role of educating and persuading interested parties regarding CCOH's financial performance, industry trends, and companies financial projection.
- Develops and implements a proactive investor relations strategy and program.
- Collaborates with CEO, CFO, and business unit management teams to develop key messages and investor communications.
- Brings an investor perspective to relevant internal interactions.
- Maintains and communicates competitive intelligence, benchmarking and analysis on industry peers and media companies to management.
- Maintains routine contact with the Company's stock surveillance firm and other vendors regarding stock performance, shareholder base and macroeconomic factors affecting the Company's stock.
- Manages the Company's Investor Relations website
- Anticipates and addresses investor and analyst issues. Builds relationships, responds to analysts' questions, and gains better understanding of top investors' perspective to build investor base.
- Assesses the mix of the investor base and creates an annual plan to target and attract long-term investors, to expand and maintain key investors' ownership positions.
- Leads quarterly earnings conference call process and prepares senior management for earnings calls including: preparing the earnings script, earnings presentation, and Q&A as well as working with the finance teams in preparation of the earnings release and financial filings.
- Organizes, coordinates, manages, and participates in investment conferences including preparation of external presentations, organizes one-on-one meetings and prepares Q&A materials as appropriate.
- Implements and manages Investor Day.
Job Qualifications Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- MBA preferred
Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience including at least 3+ years of investor relations, corporate treasury and finance. ??

- Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance, and tax.
- Excellent analytical skills.

The Targeted Salary Range for this New York position is $250,000 - $285,000 annually. Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible. Bonus Eligible Comprehensive Benefits package offerings, which includes:
