The Sales Coordinator contributes in supporting sales operations by managing communication across global teams and clients, coordinating creative briefings and sample requests, and assisting with marketing, presentations, and events. You will ensure seamless administrative support and logistics management to accomplish successful outcomes and maintain client relationships. Your Title: Sales Coordinator Supporting our business: Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for project submission. Support sales' marketing needs (sourcing market products, information), assist for presentations, events, and special projects. Manage logistics and support internal and external client meetings. Sup-port reporting and data analytic needs. Communication/Coordination: Respond to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investi-gation, follow-up, and creative techniques. Provide the business team with information on clients' requests, insights, and communications. Develop client relationships. Work with international and domestic affiliates. Administrative Support: Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (partnering with Customer Service, Pur-chasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, QC, Development, Administrators, and Account Managers in other regions). Maintain shipment tracking system. Maintain product base arrivals and project assignments. Update files and manage complex data systems (i.e., IBIS, Sales Office, Client data, Labrador & Fragranceland). Brief entry and support and crea-tion of NPI, RMR, NBO, and documentation to ensure smooth transition of new wins to production. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as business needs evolve. Required Skills and background: * Bachelor's Degree preferred The established salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
