• Prepare accurate, detail-driven quotes using input from technicians and service team members
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email in a direct, professional, and timely manner
• Enter and track leads, quotes, and estimates in the CRM system
• Prioritize tasks systematically and maintain clear, organized records
• Research and compile pricing from vendors for parts and services
• Help develop and maintain preventative maintenance proposals and service agreements
• Collaborate with other team members while focusing on your individual deliverables
• Maintain internal documentation, contracts, rate sheets, and customer records
• Support long-term, recurring service projects with predictable workflows
• Follow established procedures while also contributing to improvements over time

• 2-5 years of experience in sales support or service coordination (marine/power generation a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Solid communication skills that are direct and professional
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for training or project coordination

• Typical office setting with regular business hours
• Minimal physical demands; mostly computer-based work with some phone/email coordination
