Overview: The Records Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of records inventories, records schedules implementation, and file plan creation. This role is critical in ensuring effective records and information management (RIM) in all formats, including both electronic and paper formats, in accordance with organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements. The Specialist will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Privacy Act requirements. Benefits: BGS offers a competitive total compensation package to eligible employees. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability. Starting compensation for this role typical salary ranges between $97,000 and $107,000 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
