Wiedenbach Brown is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team.

Position type: Full-time, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator plays a support role in the overall success of Wiedenbach Brown's project business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist multiple project managers working to deliver lighting and controls on-time, on-budget, as-specified
  • Effectively coordinate competing priorities and deadlines
  • Lead administrative project-related tasks, included but not limited to creating purchase orders, submittals, status reports and operations manuals
  • Create job folders and organize job files
  • Review and analyze electrical lighting plans
  • Work with vendors to obtain shipping dates, tracking numbers and notes on open shipments; enter information into database per WB reporting protocol, notating and communicating ship dates that place project at risk
  • Resolve billing matters swiftly
  • Collaborate with internal accounting, purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with all project stakeholders
  • Learn about lighting on a continual basis
  • Other responsibilities may evolve over time

Skills & Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties acceptably. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks for multiple on-going projects
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to concisely exchange detailed information with co-workers, clients and vendors
  • Customer-service oriented and able to communicate with clients in a positive and professional manner
  • Team player who strives for continuous improvement
  • Willing to learn new software(s) and adapt to new processes
  • Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Interested in a long-term career at WB
  • Lighting experience (preferred but not required)
  • College degree (preferred but not required)
