WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as a business partner to TruStone Financial's retail banking teams. Guide and direct sales objectives and goal attainment in accordance with senior management's directives and vision. Responsible for coordinating business development for the entire branch network, and ensuring credit union retail sales and member service goals are met through training, goal measurement and achievement. This position is also a Product Owner role in the Product Management Council (PMC). As a Product Owner they are responsible for the vision of their product(s) and prioritization of the capabilities implemented. They are responsible for the communication across all stakeholders, researching other businesses in the industry to create and execute their vision for their product(s), as well as owning their product's roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office or Burnsville Administrative Office; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent level of knowledge, skill and ability typically acquired through work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail banking and/or sales management role.
  • Experience in collaborating with other departments to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge and experience in all banking/credit union functions and departments.
  • Previous experience coaching and motivating a team, directly and indirectly, preferred.
  • Previous experience in TruStone branch operations and with TruStone products, preferred.
  • Knowledge and proven abilities in outside and inside sales.
  • Ability to analyze financial budgets and sales statistics.
  • Proven ability to drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work in a complex, competitive, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, effectively delegate, and set deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Required to be compliant with the terms and conditions outlined in TruStone Financial's SAFE Act Policy, which includes the submission of fingerprints, the successful completion of an FBI background check and maintaining current and compliant registration in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.

Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position is $73,500.00 to $91,500.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
