Anesthesia Technician - CMC Anesthesiology - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Experience:

• 2 years Healthcare - Anesthesiology Technician Required and/or

• 2 years Healthcare - Perioperative/Surgical Services Required and/or

• 2 years Healthcare - Emergency Department Required and/or

• 2 years Cardiopulmonary - Respiratory Care Practitioner Required or

• Related Experience Required

Certifications/Licensures:

• BLS - Basic Life Support - Certification Required

Skills:

• Knowledgeable in sterile technique and the principles of aseptic practice required.

• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude required.

• Maintains professional and personal integrity.

• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.

• Follows OR guidelines regarding cleaning techniques/principles required.

• Maintains clean/sterile fields in OR when assisting anesthesiologists during cases.

• Demonstrates can assist in the OR for anesthesia related procedures.
