About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team in New York to facilitate the virtual and onsite interview experience and ensure that it is reflective of the WeWork brand.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team, providing quality support to our recruiters, hiring managers, internal business partners and candidates across the United States & Canada. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

In this role, you'll:
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones in the US & Canada, ensuring candidates and interviewers have all the information they need to attend the interview.

  • Liaise with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements.

  • Provide logistics support for the full recruitment process, including job requisition creation, managing job postings, candidate management, offer administration and processing, and onboarding support.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and internal business teams in order to help drive an efficient and frictionless process.

  • Work with a variety of internal and external software applications, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

  • Maintain data integrity in our systems by partnering with our recruiters to keep our candidate pipelines up-to-date.

  • Be responsible for other related projects or duties, like reporting or documentation.

About You

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling in a fast paced customer-focused environment

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

  • Strong proficiency with Google platform and ATS systems; Workday preferred

  • Familiarity with scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Comfortable communicating with candidates and across all levels of the organization while demonstrating professionalism, patience, kindness, and empathy

  • Strong organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate, and confidential information and records

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $26 - $34.60 per hour

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
