Thales Defense & Security, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Production Planning & Scheduling in Clarksburg, Maryland. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations. This role is 100% on-site. Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's operating policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities includes operating budgets, workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and providing for employee discipline when required; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must be able to create a positive environment and work with staff to develop and achieve strategic plan objectives. High performance feedback and active mentoring and development of staff is critical element of the supervisory responsibilities. Must be able to uphold, support and educate employees on the Thales Code of Ethics. By example sets the standards that embody the TDSI Core Value & Thales Leadership Model. Maintain a high ethical standard of practice, including compliance with all company procedures. The annualized pay range for this role is $164,426.40 - 210,100.40 along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 15%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
