Support the Enterprise People Services Technology and Data Analytics teams. Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner on the digital and products that support Enterprise People Services and greater Enterprise HR. Participate in Product ceremonies and gather requirements for the teams to implement solutions on, while connecting to business strategies.

Position Compensation Range:

$68,000.00 - $113,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Contribute to, support and communicate the product vision for HR technology and people analytics that aligns with the goals.
  • Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure agreement on organizational goals.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate and maintain a product roadmap that illustrates the product roadmap priorities and how they align to business strategies.
  • Product Ownership: Write user stories and user need to the execution teams. Responsible for the sprint commitments and goals to partners and leadership.
  • Project Management: Lead teams in the development, testing, and deployment of HR technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data-driven: Use data to guide insights and develop dashboards and reports that provide applicable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • User Experience: Collaborate on defining the HR technology user experience that is seamless and intuitive across all HR digital solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and people analytics, and SASS applications.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years as a Product owner, running Agile ceremonies and reporting on team metrics. Background in HR technology, people analytics, or a related field an added plus.
  • Technical Skills: understanding of HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Metrics and Feedback: Experience defining, implementing, and reporting on metrics that demonstrate the efficacy of solutions.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Analytical Skills: analytical, with the ability to translate data into applicable insights.
  • Collaborate with partners at all levels.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
