Job Description

High Level Mission Statement: Support and assist the team and Team Leader to execute the manufacturing plan.

High Level Statement of the Role: Provides general daily support to the manufacturing team to help ensure the manufacturing plan for the area is accomplished.

High Level Roles & Responsibilities:

The Utility person has the authority, responsibility and accountability to:

* Maintain the PVD Board

* Completes maintenance requests as needed

* Completes materials requests as needed

* Maintains the area cross training matrix

* Provides employee training when needed

* Expedites late and replacement parts as necessary

* Performs data entry for scrap material in SAP

* Helps communicate and coordinate operator activities based on routings and schedules

* Able to run machinery when needed

* Fills in for the team leader when the team leader is absences

* Helps ensure team meets safety requirements for the area

* Helps ensure 5S activities and goals for the area are met

* Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Good Weekly planning skills

Solid Manufacturing experience

High school Diploma or GED
