The Blow Molder Technical Manager will play an integral role in driving a customer-centric partnership with MCC's blow molder network. This role requires a complete ownership mentality of the collaboration strategy while working to build customer-centric approach to serving our blow molder customers and the end user/brand. This role is highly collaborative as it requires leadership of various cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, technical and supply chain. Responsibilities:

  • Streamline communications between MCC our customer's by establishing a dedicated project management platform (e.g., tools like Asana, Trello, or a customized Salesforce module) where all stakeholders can log requests, track progress, and share feedback.
  • Enable transparency and rapid response to changing needs by using an integrated digital system to share label specs, production schedules, and quality data between MCC and our customers that includes real-time updates on label inventory, delivery timelines.
  • Align IML production with our customer's operations for efficiency by conducting collaborative workshops to define workflows and design meaningful KPI's.
  • Continuously improve service levels based on our customer and end user/brand input by establishing quarterly reviews to assess performance, discuss challenges, and plan innovations.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, developments, and best practices related to labeling regulations, technology, and application. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred locationis Ohio orsurrounding areaswithin the Midwest near a major airport.
  • Bachelor's Degree,Master's Degreeor MBA preferred.
  • 5+years proven work experience inlabel or packaging manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of the sales and product life cycle.
  • ExperiencewithCRMtools, Sales Forcepreferred.
  • Excellent communication, influence and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated business resultandfinancial acumen, including an aptitude for understanding how products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical processes related toblow molding and in mold labeling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teammates across functions including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Product Development.
