Job Description

Executes management directives and completes assigned tasks. Provides guidance, direction, and training to team members within the photo area. Sets up and maintains photo area equipment. Prepares workstations and ensures all photo equipment is operational. Trains and supports photo personnel to optimize efficiency and skill development.

Shift: B1 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday 5:15am - 5:30pm

  • You can follow all work instructions.
  • You can maintain wafer flow within and between process areas.
  • You can notify management of process problems in the area.
  • You can work from computerized tracking system.
  • You can complete and route status reports concerning production operations, material movement, schedule, and other records as required.
  • You can input data into tracking system.
  • You can perform miscellaneous duties and operations as assigned by management.
  • You can act as a fill-in or relief operator.
  • You can collect and distribute specified materials, part and work order to each station.
  • You can observe performance of area employees and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • You can check in-process and completed wafers prior to inspection.
  • You can notify area personnel of errors in workmanship and advise same of corrective measures.
Job Requirements
  • Must be certified on all major tool-sets in the regularly assigned work area within one year of promotion to the job.
  • Able to learn and master new equipment and processes.
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency regarding the computer and software requirements of the job.
  • Able to communicate with other employees and supervision when necessary to the job.
  • Able to instruct and train other area personnel.
  • Able to certify and recertify on a timely basis.
  • Prompt acknowledgement and understanding of changes to the process (TECO, QSI, etc.).

Compensation: $19.12/hour
