About the Job

The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automated workflows and scalable data solutions that

drive operational efficiency and empower data-driven decision-making across the business. You will collaborate closely with

stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges and develop technical tools and systems that optimize

processes and improve outcomes.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Workflow Automation & Technical Solutions

  • Design and implement automated workflows using platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or custom scripts.
  • Assist in the build out technical solutions centered around our scheduling software OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud).
  • Integrate internal and external data sources via APIs to support seamless data flow.
  • Create models and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Front-end UI design that meets end-user requirements.

Business Collaboration and Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate and lead brainstorming sessions for business solutions with coworkers.

Data Quality and Integrity

  • Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of automation tools and data pipelines.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with IT governance and best practices.

User Support and Training

  • Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented tools and workflows.
  • Seek user feedback and observe user interactions with created solutions to improve upon each iteration.

Continuous Improvement and Learning

  • Stay updated with the latest automation and data solutions technology.
  • Learn and assist in implementing Microsoft CoPilot AI Agents and other entry-level AI tools into business processes.

Non-Essential Functions & Duties

Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in workflow automation platforms and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases.

  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in agile project management and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
