Job Duties Administers the development and dissemination of information meant to drive sales of the organization's products or services. Manages the work of a team of representatives that draft marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures; reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image. Defines target audiences and tailors messages and delivery channels. Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns and modifies strategies to improve performance. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, or related field At least 6 years prior experience in the field Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles Performs complex tasks typically following established processes Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural changes.
