As a Global Treasury Systems and Projects Manager, you will lead the projects, analytics, SOP document management and oversight for our group of treasury systems and report oversight for our bank operations teams. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing workflow management systems, developing and tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and driving the successful execution of cross-functional projects. The Manager will oversee project planning, documentation, QA testing, and post-implementation evaluations, ensuring alignment with corporate treasury governance and financial risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, this role will design and implement training programs to support team development and contribute treasury expertise to optimize financial services and enhance business profitability and competitiveness.

As a Global Treasury Systems and Projects Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and manages the firm's bank fees and bank group wallet share and associated reporting

  • Maintenance and analytics for workflow management systems and tracking for both Bank Reporting/Payments infrastructure team and Bank Relations team.

  • Develop comprehensive Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of bank operations team, treasury systems/team and special projects.

  • Lead planning, execution and delivery of team projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, project plans, status reports, systems QA testing scripts and logs, bank connectivity and technical reference materials and post project evaluations

  • Develop and oversee training program/materials for bank relations and reporting/infrastructure teams

  • Supporting the delivery of business treasury expertise to optimize Baker Hughes financial services and industrial business profitability and competitiveness while mitigating financial risks and ensuring Corporate Treasury governance.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree with a focus in Finance or related degree and 3+yrs of Corporate Treasury management experience: Relevant certification (e.g., CTP, PMP) preferred

  • Proven years of experience in a large and complex MNC Corporate Treasury function as well as other finance areas.

  • Excellent communication skills in various forms, including verbal, written and presentational.

  • Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders, the post holder will need to relate to senior business and finance leaders and senior financial institution personnel.

  • Managing relationships; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels both internal and external.
