Position Summary The Trust Service Support Reporting Analyst II is responsible for the reporting and analyzing information that contributes to the overall success of the Wealth division by providing meaningful information related to assets, revenue, operational performance, and risk mitigation for the Wealth Management division. This person cultivates positive working relationships with various associates and departments and supports special projects across multiple Wealth Management Service Support functions. Duties & ResponsibilitiesThrough a team-based approach, the Trust Service Support Reporting Analyst will execute the following:Provide Reporting/Analysis and Speak to Findings:Create and maintain reporting to Service Support KPI and KRI metricsCreate various reports to support risk mitigation and control monitoringCreate and maintain production reports for the business lineCreate scheduled and ad hoc reportingComplete regulatory reportingShare feedback and analysisEvaluate and Execute Best Practices:Review processes and make recommendations for increased efficiencyAssist with the implementation of operational efficienciesCreate and maintain procedures for data analytics and reportingProvide support during mergers and acquisitionsWork collaboratively with Busey associates, including leaders, on special projects and complete work assignments in a timely mannerHelp foster an engaged culture within the department, through which high customer service standards are maintained.A passion to model exceptional:Customer serviceFunctional knowledge and technical skillAccountabilityInterpersonal relations (teamwork)InnovationAttention to detailOral communication Education & ExperienceKnowledge of:

Benefits and Compensation Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
