Position Description The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the efficient receiving of components and the movement of material to and from the manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Manage all warehousing activities - Shipping and Receiving South Plant - Data Center Chillers Coordinate checking in of all incoming material, including checking of shortages and visible damage to freight. Applies proper labeling as required. Supervise 10-15 hourly personnel. Maintain Kronos timekeeping, scheduling and attendance for all direct reports. Assist in administration of the plant cycle counting program to maintain inventory accuracy. Work with plant and warehouse personnel to facilitate effective and safe material flow from warehouse to point of use as well as returning excess material for warehouse restocking. Establish and review regularly a standard work for all direct reports Ensure on-time receipt into ERP system of incoming material. Oversee maintaining of receiving error log and aid in resolution when necessary. Maintain 5S of the docks and other storage areas to ensure all parts are stored safely and orderly. Required Education & Qualifications Associates degree preferred 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or manufacturing environment SAP or other ERP System experience.
