The Job

The Senior Manager, Enablement will lead the strategy, execution, and long-term sustainability of enterprise-wide enablement programs-starting with CRM implementation, AEP readiness, and related technology adoption. This role is responsible for transforming learning into a scalable, integrated capability that drives performance, reduces dependency on external vendors, and reinforces SCAN's culture and transformation priorities.

The enablement scope includes both tech enablement-empowering employees to effectively adopt and use enterprise systems-and digital enablement-equipping teams with the skills, mindsets, and workflows needed to succeed in a digital-first environment.

Over time, this leader will expand their focus to include training and adoption strategies for additional platforms, service operations tools, and other enterprise systems critical to SCAN's growth. By establishing a consistent and sustainable enablement framework, the Senior Manager will help drive high-impact, tech-enabled service delivery, foster workforce readiness, and embed a culture of continuous learning and change adoption across the organization.

You Will



  • Lead Enablement Strategy Across Systems; Develop and execute training strategies for CRM, Workday (HCM, Talent, etc.), and other critical platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, call center systems, intranet).
  • Training frontline teams in CRM and call center capabilities to deliver modern, high-impact service experiences.
  • Design and drive the enablement roadmap for CRM, AEP readiness, call center capability building, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, role-based training programs that extend beyond initial go-live-ensuring ongoing learning is embedded into the business.
  • Aligning learning content with CRM platform improvements to simplify and elevate member, provider, and employee experiences.
  • Partner with the Member Experience team to equip frontline and service teams to deliver high-quality, tech-enabled, personalized support.
  • Build and Maintain Training Infrastructure; Create sustainable, role-based learning journeys-including onboarding, live facilitation, e-learning, and in-system support-for employees, leaders, and frontline teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and Product to align training strategies across business units and ensure readiness for platform or process changes.
  • Deliver consistent, effective CRM training and ensure seasonal AEP needs are met with scalable, just-in-time learning tools and reinforcement strategies.
  • Own content refreshes, stakeholder learning plans, and readiness checkpoints to ensure behavior change and effective tool utilization long-term. Align with business units on training needs for new tools, process changes, or digital transformation projects-ensuring readiness and behavioral adoption.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, proficiency, training NPS).
  • Use data to continuously improve training design and delivery.
  • Transition key enablement activities from external partners (e.g., PwC) to in-house ownership, strengthening internal capability and cultural alignment.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Your Qualifications



  • Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES)
  • 8+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or enterprise enablement
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional training programs, ideally for CRM and Workday systems
  • Strong instructional design background with the ability to translate complex systems into digestible, engaging content
  • Experience developing scalable training for a hybrid workforce, including frontline and knowledge workers
  • Excellent project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, in-app guides)
  • Experience in healthcare, Medicare Advantage, or a regulated industry
  • Exposure to call center and service operations training
  • Change management certification or practical experience in enterprise transformation
  • Data fluency for tracking enablement success and informing continuous improvement
  • Leadership - Skilled to develops others
  • Problem Solving - Make critical decisions, often involving high-level risk assessment and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strategic Mindset - Formulates strategy and maps steps to achieve strategic goals
  • Strategic program design for scalable, enterprise-wide enablement. Systems fluency across CRM, Workday, and other digital platforms
  • Instructional design and adult learning expertise. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Change enablement and behavior adoption strategies. Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
  • Data-driven approach to measuring training impact and adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and delivering engaging content to support talent programs and initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret talent data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for tracking project progress and managing timelines.
