THE HIGH LEVEL

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support IT procurement and finance operations across a variety of technology projects. In this remote role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage suppliers, track project costs, and support financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in IT Finance or Procurement who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and contributing to high-impact initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



  • Liaise with internal teams (Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Project Management) and external project teams to identify procurement needs, prospective suppliers, and necessary equipment or services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and project managers to obtain and communicate updates on goods and services.
  • Maintain and manage procurement tracking spreadsheets and provide regular status reports (weekly or monthly) on progress.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure a consistent and efficient flow of goods.
  • Review and analyze invoices to verify accuracy of delivered goods and services.
  • Support the management of project budgets for all technology-related initiatives.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies or issues within the procurement and project processes.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE



  • You have 2+ years of experience in IT Finance or IT Procurement roles.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, including SharePoint and Excel.
  • You have proven experience working as a procurement specialist.
  • You are experienced with business and financial applications, including supporting financial systems, and managing project costs.
  • You ideally hold additional certification in procurement or a related field.
  • You have a solid understanding of IT concepts and systems.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical for success in a remote work environment.
  • You possess strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • You bring exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong virtual relationships.
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.
  • You are highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities independently in a 100% remote role.
  • You have experience assisting with the development of Earned Value reports for projects.
  • You are familiar with daily cost tracking and control processes.
  • You have supported the creation of Pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects.
  • You have contributed to the development of monthly financial summary reports across multiple projects.
  • You have participated in performing invoice reconciliations.
  • You have worked closely with internal accounting teams to ensure budgeting accuracy and the correct use of accounting codes.

  • No travel is expected for this position, and it will be 100% remote.
