Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers, is hiring a Security Supervisor to join their Quincy, Washington team on-site with some travel to Wenatchee.

About the Role:

The Security Supervisor leads daily site security operations for the Quincy, WA data center, while also supporting East Wenatchee, WA. This is a dynamic opportunity to ensure the safety of clients, employees, and visitors by coordinating vendor security services, overseeing physical security systems, and reinforcing compliance with established safety protocols.

In this role you will help lead the future of physical security at our Quincy and Wenatchee data center sites and get hands-on experience in creating and executing training for Sabey's team of security professionals. This position supports and enhances the security and operations of our facilities, setting the standard for vendor management, access control, and customer-focused service.

Key responsibilities: This is a pivotal role-pioneering consistency across sites and building a robust security culture in Quincy and beyond.

    Lead and develop vendor-based security teams-motivating and training them to uphold high operational standards
  • Be empowered to create and lead onboarding and training programs that may scale nationally.
  • Work closely with team leads at our Austin and Ashburn data center locations to build consistency across operations.
  • Perform regular audits, training sessions, and gap analyses, and ensure security processes meet evolving business and customer needs.
  • Partner with the Security Systems Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot physical security systems.
  • Lead internal/external investigations and ensure site readiness for compliance audits.
  • Perform emergency procedure drills and oversee safety equipment inspections (first aid, AED, fire extinguishers).

What You'll Bring:

  • Associate's degree or 5+ years of related experience in security and/or training.
  • At least 3 years in a lead or supervisory security role.
  • Preferred: Access control and CCTV experience

Salary Range: $54,475 - $78,989

Relocation assistance is currently not offered for this role.

Schedule: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm; flexible to be able to engage with teammates on different shifts
