Position Summary:

The Contract Marketing Assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operation of the marketing functions and duties. Specifically provide support for scanning and filing documentation, data maintenance and special project support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient filing of RFP documentation in Marketing. Consolidate files and save electronic copies to shared Sales Drive.
  • Types, generates and proofreads letters, reports, memos, presentations and statistical charts. Independently composes correspondence related to responsibilities assigned.
  • Identify top prospects in SalesForce and utilize available websites to qualify the existing records. Specifically, to validate the existing data and insert missing data including, titles, email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Assist with the preparation of conferences and special sales events.
  • Assist with generation, maintenance and tracking of advertising and promotional material.
  • General office duties such as filing, faxing, printing, emailing and copying.
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of Marketing projects.
  • Adherence to ConServe's Blueprint Quality Management System, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College Coursework in HR/Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred

Skills and requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Must have proficiency with MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Publisher experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with team oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a timely and effective manner in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work remote in a home office environment and work onsite at ConServe's offices as needed.
  • The ability to telework with a secure internet connection and a private work area in which work activities can be conducted
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government Security Clearance
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or its clients

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or remain sedentary for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to talk and listen on a phone or in person for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to type on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand up your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
