Technical Solution Architect

Job Duties (Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position):



  • Define and evolve ATIS's technical and data-centric architecture.
  • Lead design of scalable, cloud-based solutions aligned with Army policies.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior Army personnel to align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Lead implementation of data management solutions including ETL and data lakes.
  • Ensure adherence to DoD compliance and data governance standards.
  • Guide teams across Army programs to deliver integrated solutions.



Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):



  • 10+ years of engineering cloud-based systems.
  • 5+ years with APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • SAFe Solutions Architect and SAFe DevOps or Security+ certification.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership experience.



Nice to Have:



  • Master's degree in related field.
  • PMP and AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
  • Experience with enterprise data management (metadata, data lakes, warehousing).
  • Familiarity with multiple Army programs.
