Senior SharePoint Developer

Job Duties (Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position):



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SharePoint and Office 365 (O365) related requirements and initiatives.
  • Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and updates to Microsoft SharePoint tools, applications, and environments.
  • Develop, enhance, and manage SharePoint Online solutions by gathering user requirements and implementing updates based on organizational needs.
  • Leverage and maintain various Office 365 applications, including Power BI, to improve reporting, data visualization, and collaboration.
  • Recommend improvements and support the implementation of automation and process efficiencies within the SharePoint Online environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure user needs are met and SharePoint solutions align with business objectives.



Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power BI, and other O365 tools.



Nice to Have:



  • Preferred certifications (not required but will be given favorable consideration):


    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator


  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SharePoint and O365 solutions.



Travel Requirement:



  • Minimal travel expected (up to 10%).
