As a Partner Business Manager at Flexera, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic partnerships with resellers. Your primary focus will be on expanding the adoption of Spot Product Portfolio (Eco, Ocean, Ocean for Apache Spark, Elastigroup, Spot Security, and CloudCheckr), by enabling key partners to effectively position our solutions.

The Spot business adds new capabilities to Flexera's FinOps solution with Kubernetes cost management and accelerates innovation in container management, spot cloud instances and commitment management. Spot's main product lines include:

  • Spot Eco helps organizations unlock the full value of their cloud services with a series of cloud commitment management features, ensuring organizations capture critical savings from reserved instances, savings plans or committed usage discounts across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Spot Ocean is a Kubernetes infrastructure management product that provides continuous optimization of containers for cost, performance and availability.
  • Spot Elastigroup allows organizations to scale their workloads and maximize the value of their cloud investments with spot instances and virtual machines.
  • CloudCheckr is a powerful cloud cost management tool allowing enterprise, MSPs and distributors to manage and reduce cloud costs, optimize resources and gain operational efficiencies, manage billing and invoicing, improve governance, and strengthen security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth through commercial partner channels
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business models and align them with Flexera's solutions and value propositions
  • Enable partners through training programs, sales enablement tools, and resources to effectively sell and support Flexera's products and services
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key commercial partners, serving as a primary point of contact within Flexera
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner recruitment, management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for Cloud or FinOps-related platforms
  • Industry recognized certifications, e.g.: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, FinOps Certified Practitioner
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong understanding of the partner landscape, particularly resellers
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and managing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
