Community Ventures Manager Job Description

Summary

The Community Ventures Manager (CV Manager) oversees the operations of programming within the vocational department, ensuring effective program delivery and staff coordination. This role involves developing inclusive community-based programs that foster self-determination, choice, and independence. Responsibilities include program design, securing funding, creating policies, and collaborating with staff to implement procedures aligned with identified needs.

Additional Responsibilities



  • Research best practices within the field
  • Ensure the safety of all employees
  • Analyze the needs of local customers
  • Develop written policies and procedures to address all aspects of service delivery
  • Manage different teams
  • Work with funding and regulatory sources



Salary | $30,000 - $40,000

Schedule | 8 AM - 5 PM
