Permian Sales Leader - Anchor Accounts

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Leader to head our commercial growth initiatives, manage strategic customer relationships, and develop a high-performance sales team. This role requires a blend of self-motivation, strategic thinking, and people development, with a deep understanding of the ESP and/or Horizontal Pump (HPump) business. This position will lead a team of individuals responsible for maintaining and growing business with accounts where a strong presence already exists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including strategic contract harvesting of existing agreements.
  • Take ownership of tender and contract processes, ensuring precision, compliance, and competitiveness.
  • Build and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Forecast inventory and resource needs in collaboration with operations and supply chain to ensure alignment with sales demand and customer delivery expectations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline projections; ensure clarity and consistency in reporting to leadership.
  • Foster strongcustomer relationships, championing a customer-centric mindset throughout the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Think creatively to solve problems, unlock new opportunities, and navigate complex negotiations.
  • Actively contribute to product and service innovation by relaying market feedback and identifying gaps.
  • Apply strong commercial acumen to evaluate pricing, profitability, and market positioning.
  • Model effective communication across stakeholders and at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel regionally for customer meetings and internal commitments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading successful sales teams in a technical or industrial environment; energy or oilfield services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ESP and/or HPump systemsand the commercial landscape surrounding them.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Track record of success in managing contracts, tenders, and strategic account planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to influence, inspire, and align.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
  • Excellent planning skills and a high degree of accuracy in sales forecasts and projections.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members at varying levels of experience.
  • High degree of self-motivation and a relentless drive to succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree from anaccredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
  • Intermediate skill level in common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales or Artificial Lift industry.
  • Work authorization in the United States
