Position Overview

Join Zelis as a Provider Enrollment Inside Sales Manager in our Provider Network. Zelis, a leading healthcare payments company, is revolutionizing the healthcare experience. We partner with 700+ payers and serve over 1.5 million providers, streamlining financial performance and enhancing patient care. What You'll Do

  • As a Provider Enrollment Inside Sales Manager, your overarching aim will be to work in-depth with all of the Provider Enrollment (PE) team but mostly your core team and our partners to exceed all revenue goals for both Provider Enrollment and other Invitational prospects. Your role will include comprehensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to foster synergies that drive success across the board.

  • Utilize CRM tools and Salesforce to track and monitor rep KPI and goals.

  • Source, hire, grow, and retain/replace sales talent to build a high-performing team capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies to attract skilled professionals and maintain a supportive and dynamic work culture that fosters continuous growth and improvement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and achieve collective goals.

  • Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis Company Policies and Procedures.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate your core PE team, providing guidance, support and direction on how to achieve sales goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics with KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify areas of improvement as well as conducting consistent developmental one on ones.

  • Training and Development: Conduct internal/external training sessions for new and existing sales staff, focusing on techniques, product knowledge and CRM tools.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement new best practices, products and/or tools to align with company objectives.

  • Interdepartmental Reporting and Collaboration: Take on cross- departmental projects to remove barriers and optimize current and future-state SOPs.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather ongoing feedback from the team and other stakeholders to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.

What You'll Bring to Zelis

  • 5+ years proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • 1-3 years managing an Inside Sales Team or high volume call team.

  • High motivation leading an Inside Sales Team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Well-built organizational skills as well as resourcefulness and consistency.

  • Ability to thrive is a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Healthcare Industry and/or Provider Office Workflow Knowledge (preferred, not required).

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
