Pay Range: $111,000 - $153,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Reporting to an Audit Director, this Audit Manager position is responsible for leading some of the most complex Internal Audit & Advisory projects in the areas of operations, financial reporting and safeguarding of assets. This role offers the opportunity to learn the Quest business, build relationships with senior management by advising on complex operational matters and to serve as a catalyst for this person's upward career progression within Quest. The candidate should possess a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and seek to assume increasing responsibilities quickly. The Audit Manager will learn a complex and growing business and this position could serve as a transition into leadership positions within the broader Finance, Accounting or Operations.
