Job Summary

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for daily cash operations, liquidity forecasting, supporting FX transactions, ensuring SOX compliance, and identifying opportunities to enhance treasury processes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash management activities, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, Positive Pay review, and reporting daily cash positions to senior management
• Monitor liquidity across accounts for both U.S. and Canadian operations
• Support bank account administration, KYC, and bank service fee analysis.
• Manage borrowings and repayments on revolving credit lines and long-term debt facilities
• Execute FX spot and forward trades as required
• Learn and utilize LeaseAccelerator for lease management and reporting
• Prepare periodic reports related to treasury and leasing activities
• Execute periodic SOX controls in compliance with internal standards
• Serve as system administrator and key user for electronic banking platforms, TMS and leasing system
• Assist the Treasury Manager and Treasurer with various treasury and leasing projects
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in corporate treasury or a related financial role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including international counterparts (e.g., Treasury team in the Netherlands)
• Capable of managing multiple priorities as required
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow within the Treasury function
