Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What You'll Do: Assemble high-quality products using assembly prints and tools (training provided) Follow procedures to minimize errors and maximize output Contribute to a team-focused, quality-first environment Maintain accurate timekeeping and material usage through basic decimal conversion Promote safety and uphold company values through attendance and attitude Mentor others and assist with process improvements as needed What We're Looking For: Team player with strong attention to detail Reliable and motivated to learn Entry-level - no experience necessary!
