Pay: $18-$21/hr (based on experience)

Available Schedules:



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Thursday
  • 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM | Monday - Thursday



Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Use power tools and instruments to meet daily production goals
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in minor repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with onboarding new operators
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
  • Lift materials and products up to 50 lbs as needed



What You Bring to the Role:



  • At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
  • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and grow
