Reporting to and collaborating with the PEO Digital Programs Department Manager, the Branch Manager will effectively lead their branch's employees and serve as first-level supervisor for all assigned Team Leads (Supervisors).

Essential Job Functions:

Apply well-defined management processes and concepts in oversight of an organization consisting of subordinate team leads and individual contributors who support Department of Defense customers.

Be responsible for the Branch achieving profit before corporate overhead and annual business growth consistent with the goals of the Strategic Plan. Profitability is expected to result from controlling direct and indirect expenses.

Develop a depth of understanding of the acquisition programs supported by largest numbers of Department Staff, to include the acquisition challenges the staff is facing. Be conversant in defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions relevant to preferred / necessary strategies to meet today's challenges.

Promote Department and Division capabilities and advantages with key leaders, inside and outside of DCS, and most importantly to the Department programs' Prime Contractor.

Identify and gain support of external stakeholders to achieve Department's objectives.

Perform mentoring, supervision, and evaluation of subordinates in a manner that is consistent with the core values of DCS.

Maintain morale in the Department. Oversee hiring, staff supervision, and capability and career development to retain a fulfilled workforce.

Be an advocate and supporter of the DCS Quality Management System (QMS), responsible for QMS compliance with emphasis on QMS process improvement.

The successful candidate will work near 100% directly on customer projects. Candidates not currently supporting PEO Digital Programs contract must either qualify for existing contract billets or have other sources of direct coverage.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must have High School Diploma or GED plus 14 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience.

Active Secret Clearance.

Business development aptitude and customer-service talents.

Ability to manage a budget, meet established schedules, and complete assigned reviews and reports.

Team leadership experience.

Promotes DCS with a positive, confidence-inspiring image. Able to travel to Massachusetts at least once every two months to meet with Prime Contractor and local Department staff.

Proven, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to a) provide positive and negative feedback, b) make a persuasive argument, c) describe in writing team processes and ideas.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with local and distributed team members.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $87,934 - 205,188
