Provides support for customers in relation to repair service including: general inquiries, service requests, work orders and service complaints while adhering to SOX and ISO requirements. Responsible for working in coordination with peers to receive and ship incoming repairs, returns and parts for customers and intercompany orders. Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained through cycle counting, location assignment and physical organization. Main point of contact for incoming requests via email and phone, as well as follow up activities to ensure timely completion of pending work to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. |
