Must have CRM implementation experience; not leading the implementation but being part of a team for an implementation project. Job Summary: This position will be responsible for the analysis, development and support of technologies that are a core part of the application delivery lifecycle and technology transformation in this space, the successful candidate will have applicable experience related to managing sales and marketing systems, collecting and interpreting technical requirements, designing systems and integrations, and a proven track record of delivery including implementation of systems and coordination of technology projects. This position will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure strategic, long-term planning and coordination of technology efforts while providing tactical guidance during implementation of projects and initiatives. Key focus areas driving the modernization of our growth and profitability systems include better management of customer contacts, gaining deeper insights into our pipeline of sales opportunities, increased integration and linkage between our marketing applications, establishment of market intelligence capabilities, and more comprehensive reporting and analytics. This position will play a key role in implementing technology solutions that improve these important areas of our business. Furthermore, given the emerging need for digital marketing and data analytics to drive increased adoption of new products and services, this role also supports our digital and web analytic needs by implementing, configuring and supporting web analytical tools. The successful candidate will have the ability to scope new solutions that benefit the organization, translate business requirements into technical documentation, and leverage various technologies to meet the needs of our business units. The Application Analyst must also be comfortable with partnering and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and coordinating with external strategic vendor partners. Working with partners (internal groups, external consulting firms, agencies, etc.) to support technology efforts will also be critical to success in this role. From a technology perspective, this role will work with a variety of technologies including CRM systems, target marketing technologies, as well as custom developed tools that increase the efficiency of growth and business development teams. The ongoing lifecycle management of these and other sales and marketing systems will be important aspect of this position, along with technology consulting, project coordination, and delivery of information through reports, dashboard visualizations and other activities related to data analysis. Job Requirements: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Sciences or a related field preferred *2-5 years supporting applications with experience managing sales, marketing, and/or customer service systems preferred *Exposure to and high-level understanding of digital marketing and performance optimization practices; implementing and configuring standard analysis and tag management tools like Adobe Experience Manager, DTM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. *Experience managing technology project implementations from scoping and design to development and launch activities *Experience documenting processes, business requirements, system diagrams *Thought leadership - ability to think strategically and execute methodically *Intellectual curiosity and skills to dive deep into understanding our business and our customers *Demonstrated bias for customer service and unwavering desire to add value by meeting and exceeding expectations *Demonstrated history of technology-based innovation and process improvement *Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment developing strong working relationships across all Growth & Profitability functions and support organizations *Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships *Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking *Ability to work independently while also exhibiting a high degree of teamwork Major Job Responsibilities: *Coordinate modernization upgrades & new functionality releases *Collaborate with system architects and developers to ensure upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments are properly tested, implemented, and documented *Work with stakeholders across the organization to increase understanding of sales, marketing and customer experience tools and technologies *Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand, analyze and document operational business needs and requirements *Inform teams and stakeholders through analysis, design and targeted delivery of strategic/operational reports and dashboards *Assist in the management, maintenance, and creation of presentations where appropriate *Stay abreast on best practices and latest industry trends involving marketing technologies *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $108000.00 - $108000.00/yr. 401k, pension, education; recognized as a top company to work for *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Naperville,IL. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Jun 18, 2025.
