WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW : Come work for the Workday Consultant, HRIS (Work From Home) Position, can work anywhere in USA. If you are a Consultant with relevant Workday Experience this position could be perfect for you! Solid understanding of workday business processes and configuration required. Back-end experience with workday modules such as Recruiting, HCM, Talent, and absence strongly preferred. Experience with maintaining aspects of Workday security and integrations framework including ISU, ISSG, API, Workday Web Services, etc

The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work remotely (100% from home) to primarily work in Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance and Absence and provide support to HR and other entities in the American Red Cross.

The Workday Consultant will develop, implement, and maintain specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information. The Senor Analyst will provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain business processes and other configuration within the Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence , and its related policies and procedures.
  • Provide support, development and/or guidance to HR and other entities within the organization. Support organizational initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to configure and optimize our Workday build to meet client needs Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity Create/modify functional and technical systems documentation
  • Assist in maintaining API and ISU accounts Coordinates / develops Workday configuration in accordance with HR policy and identifies/recommends release features to enhance the Workday ecosystem.
  • Responsible for developing/implementing Workday HCM module configuration using system development lifecycle processes and best practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Experience with maintaining aspects of Workday security and integrations framework including ISU, ISSG, API, Workday Web Services, etc

Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Attention to details and strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities & requirements. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels along with the ability to work independently, with strong customer service focus to interact with various business units within the organization.Possess an understanding / experience with HR business processes. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong Microsoft suite skills

* Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000.

Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
