Could you be the full-time hybrid Documents Administrator in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your document management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management and control of project documentation, directly contributing to the successful delivery of our Rolling Stock contracts. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management Office, engineering, and external partners), support the generation and archiving of monthly reports and dashboards, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Deploying and maintaining the documentation numbering system and ensuring a Project Record is established for each project ,



  • Preparing, routing, logging, archiving, and sending document submittals to internal teams and external Customer/Partners in compliance with Alstom and project contractual requirements ,



  • Logging and archiving all technical and management documentation received from external entities on projects in alignment with Alstom and project contractual requirements ,



  • Ensuring compliance with change and configuration control processes ,



  • Supporting the Project Management Office and project managers in preparing monthly reports and dashboards ,



  • Maintaining a structured, process-oriented approach to documentation control ,



  • Leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ,



  • Applying knowledge of engineering and industrial processes to ensure accurate and efficient documentation management ,



  • Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to streamline documentation workflows ,



  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment"

  • Degree in technical documentation or equivalent experience in documentation control. ,



  • Experience or understanding of document management processes, including control of templates, references, and versioning in electronic document management systems (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). ,

  • Familiarity with change and configuration control processes. ,



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ,



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ,
