Consumer Insights Project Manager

A well-known brand in the lawn care products and maintenance industry is looking for a Project Manager to support their newly created consumer insights team. The consumer insights team plays a critical role in driving strategic decisions through sophisticated survey design, data analysis, and actionable insights across the organization. You would be ensuring smooth communication surrounding key research projects for multiple business units within the org, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and events, and managing systems and vendor relationships that support insight-driven decision making.

This position is a temporary opportunity with potential for conversion. Remote with some travel to attend events or meetings depending on business need. They offer the ability to drive innovation by exploring and creating from scratch systems that elevate the team's work, take ownership of meaningful projects and help improve team workflows to help bring the consumer voice into every organizational initiative. You would work with a supportive, fast-paced team that values learning, autonomy, initiative and collaboration. Competitive salary and full-time medical benefits offered during temporary duration.

Requirements:



  • 2-4 years of experience in project management within in research, marketing, or insights.
  • Experience or familiarity with building a consumer panel
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to proactively keep stakeholders (including leadership) informed
  • Comfortable juggling multiple timelines and managing logistic across moving pieces
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
