Responsibilities

As the Supervisor you will lead and support the clinical therapy team for Newport's adolescent and young adult residential programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervision and Support: Oversee clinical team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development and training.

  • Supervision Sessions: Conduct weekly individual and group supervision, assess team members' skills, create personalized development plans, and provide feedback on clinical assessments and therapy sessions.

  • Clinical Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical standards and conduct audits.

  • Therapy Facilitation: Facilitate therapy groups and maintain a caseload of clients and/or families.

  • Quality Assurance: Participate in QA and UR activities, conducting peer-to-peer reviews as required.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation for clinical emergencies and consultations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Master's degree and active MN Licensure in Marriage Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), Psychology (LP), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.
  • One year's supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in providing family therapy for adolescents and parents.
  • Willingness to be trained, supervised, and provide services within the framework of Attachment-Based Family Therapy.
  • Training or experience in trauma-informed treatment preferred.

Compensation for this role ranges from $85,00 - $100,000 annually depending on education and experience.
