About the Role The Sr. Analyst, Multifamily Asset Management is responsible for overall operational performance and the financial metrics of an assigned portfolio of properties. The position is providing analytical oversight and implementation of strategies and initiatives across the portfolio. The position also requires evaluating market/submarket data and is responsible for evaluating property performance, and developing, communicating, and executing property-level investment plans and strategies. What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic business plans for each multifamily asset to drive performance measured through profitability and returns, reputation, and resident satisfaction. As part of the asset strategy, identify opportunities for value creation through operational efficiencies, capital improvements, or other best practice ideas. Oversee and provide leadership to third-party property managers and partners to ensure operational excellence and financial performance. Provide guidance on best practices, systems, and processes to drive high resident, landlord, client, and staff retention. Ensure on-site teams provide best in class customer service and experience. Ongoing review of financials and operating reports to monitor performance. Ability to provide scenario and analysis to guide strategic decisions and evaluate performance. Collect, understand, and analyze market data and identify risks, trends, and opportunities for value creation. Review industry standards, surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends. Participate in the preparation, review and communication of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process and variance review. Oversee and monitor capital projects. Review expenses to ensure they are within budget and properly approved. Ensure compliance with all deadlines and required reports. Participate in the acquisition, due diligence, capital improvement, and underwriting processes. Partner and coordinate closely with internal teams across development, marketing, accounting, and capital markets.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant commercial industry experience required Subject matter expertise in real estate investments, real estate financial modeling; cash flow valuation and underwriting a plus Excellent analytical, financial, and quantitative skills, with highest level of attention to detail Demonstrated interpretive knowledge of property level financial statements and financial analysis including ROI analysis, market share assumptions, and forecasting Superior oral/written communication skills, demonstrates confidence and enthusiasm Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
