About the Position

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to assist locations with summer fill phone calls; calling customers offering summer fill rate, logging call results through a memo code in operating system, and print or save tickets of customers that order. This is a temporary position for the summer of 2025.

You'll report to the Plant Manager at our Kalispell, MT location, focusing on these key responsibilities:

• Smoothly answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional manner.
• Verifying correct contact information, updated account as needed to include phone, email, mailing address.
• Log phone call information through memo section on operating system.
• Accept and process payments.
• Print or save tickets for customers who place an order for delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer experience
• Basic math ability
