Overview

The Business Sysems & Reporting Analyst is a key hands-on role within the Program Management Office, supporting system integrations, internal reporting tools, and ERP implementation & maintenance. This indiidual will work across departments and vendo/partners to ensure that platforms like our ERP and CRM systems are optimized for visibility, performance tracking and usability. The ideal caniddate is analytical, technically curious, and eager to grow their capabilities while bilding real-time dashborads and solving practical business challenges.

    Location: Bethesda, MD. In office position.

Responsibilities

ERP, CRM, & Systems Support

  • Partner with system consultants/integrators to support system implementation and configuration.
  • Assist in mapping and migrating operational and data (financials, workflows, etc.) between systems.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities for changes to existing and new enterprise software.

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Build, update, and maintain dasboards and performance reports using tools such as Smart Suite, Power BI, Excel, or native ERP/CRM reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their reporting needs and design visual solutions.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation and collaboration with department stakeholders.

Documentation & Process Alignment

  • Create SOPs and documentation around system use, data structure, and process workflows.
  • Help train internal users and provide support for new platform rollouts or updates.
  • Track and escalate system-related issues, proposing practical improvements.

Program Management Support

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise system improvements.
  • Assist the PMO in tracking progress, milestones, and outcomes related to digital systems.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies in business platforms and analytics.


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in data, reporting, ERP/CRM systems, or similar.
  • Exposure to project-based environments, especially system implementations or platform rollouts.

Core Competencies

  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Data Visualization: experience using Excel, SmartSuite, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Systems Awareness: Basic famiiarity with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Problem Solving: Capable of identifying process or systems gaps and suggesting solutions.
  • Communication: Able to translate technical details into clear, user-friendly language.
