The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position: * Maintains charts and documentation for all residents. * Greets new residents, orients them to their room, and ensures they are comfortable * Assists residents with basic needs, including, but not limited to, oral care, bathing, toileting, dressing/undressing, hair care, nail care, shaving, and bowel and bladder functions. * Maintain resident stability by checking vitals, weight, etc., and documenting them. * Follows infection control techniques in performing patient/resident care. * Observe residents' behaviors, pay attention to all details, and report changes to nurses. * Engage with residents by assisting them with participating in activities, talking with them, and treating everyone with a person-centered approach. * Prioritizes patient/resident activities based on current care needs. * Complete clinical rounds and respond to resident call lights promptly. * Perform all other related duties as assigned.
