Weatherford, Texas, United States

This is not a remote/hybrid position.The incumbent will be in-office and seated at our branch in Weatherford, Texas.

SCOPE/CONTACTS:

The incumbent is responsible for support to the EVP Retail has frequent contact with customers and other department employees in person, by telephone and email. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the retail banking division. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a professional and mature demeanor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including drafting and reviewing correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
  • Compile and analyze data for reports, presentations, and strategic planning.
  • Support the execution of key projects and initiatives within the retail banking division.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with branch managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all locations.
  • Provide backup and testing to support and maintain key systems used by retail banking ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.
  • Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years retail banking experience required.
  • Business or related bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and produce error-free work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong PC skills--Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and 10-key is essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new applications and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) necessary.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines is essential for this position.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required.
