Position Summary:

The Client Data Exchange and Integrity (CDEI) team, part of Securian's Enterprise Technology division, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Specialist. In this role, you'll support the implementation and daily operations of file exchanges with Securian's Employee Benefit Solutions (EBS) clients, partners, and third-party administrators, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer data while delivering exceptional service and problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support and maintain secure file exchanges and data processing for EBS clients, partners, and third-party administrators using the enterprise Managed File Transfer solution.
  • Monitor, track, and ensure timely and accurate processing of scheduled file transfers using the Client File Management (CFM) system.
  • Analyze and interpret client data to address inquiries and ensure accurate file processing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including EBS clients, to resolve file exchange and data accuracy issues, particularly during critical periods such as annual enrollment.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance guarantees for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experienced in analyzing and interpreting large datasets across diverse formats with precision and accuracy.

  • Committed to achieving client performance standards and adhering to service level agreements.
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols and encryption standards such as PGP, SSL, and SSH.
  • Understanding of insurance products and industry terminology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CFM systems (e.g., Client File Management), including reporting and reconciliation tasks.

#LI-Hybrid **This position will have a hybrid working arrangement, working in-office for a minimum of 3 days a week.**

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$20.91 - $36.54

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
