Continental Properties is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Preconstruction Project Manager to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this pivotal role, you'll help shape the future of our award-winning multifamily developments - guiding projects from concept to groundbreaking with precision, insight, and creativity. You'll partner closely with the Director of Preconstruction to evaluate project viability, assess and manage risk, and deliver smart, strategic solutions that set every project up for success. You'll report directly to the VP of Preconstruction and work alongside industry-leading professionals who are redefining how communities are built. This is a role for a builder at heart and strategist in mind - someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, aligning stakeholders, and finding innovative ways to deliver exceptional communities. With a strong foundation in vertical and civil construction, cost estimation, scheduling, and value engineering, you'll ensure every detail contributes to world-class execution. We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work a combination of in the office and remote. #LI-Hybrid Essential Responsibilities: As a Preconstruction Project Manager, you'll lead early-stage project planning-translating development concepts into buildable plans. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure each community starts with a solid foundation, guided by thorough analysis and collaboration.

Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
